Join us during Sackville’s Fall Fair for the opening of a new exhibit at the Boultenhouse Heritage Center. “150 Years of Living By the Rails” is all about the history of the railway in Sackville and its importance to the development to the community and the areas surrounding it. The exhibit is child friendly and includes some interactive components. Many thanks to Art Clowes and the New Brunswick Railway Museum in Hillsborough for their generous support of this exhibit, presented in partnership with Live Bait Theatre.
The museum will be open Thursday, September 19 to Saturday, September 21 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. after that. Contact the Tantramar Heritage Trust at (506) 536-2541 or tantramarheritage@gmail.com for more information or to arrange a tour outside these hours.
Following Fall Fair, the exhibit will be in place for an extended period of time and can be viewed during regular office hours (Tuesdays through Fridays, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.) or by appointment by contacting the Trust office.
